The remaining cost of $2025 may be paid in installments from weekly to monthly. We accept cash, check and venmo. Credit Card payments will incur a $15 charge for each process.

The most important tool for any woodworker is the workbench. A workbench needs to be sturdy enough for heavy planing and provide the ability to secure various odd shaped parts securely to its surface. 

The 18th century craftsman, Andre Jacque Roubo, produced an extensive set of books chronicling his vast woodworking knowledge. From these books comes the Roubo bench. We will construct our bench based on Roubo’s design. The Roubo bench is unmatched in stability and versatility.

We will incorporate an in-bench shuttle, a full height leg vise, a sliding dead man hold, and full rows of hold fasts on a split top bench. The bench will be constructed of hard maple.

Duration: 15 weeks
